QuesoDiego – The San Diego Cheese Club
In lieu of our February meeting, we will be celebrating our 13th anniversary as a club with our popular Bubbly and Cheese Pairing. This is a ticketed event for members and their guests and will not be held at AleSmith. If you are member and didn’t receive an invitation, or if you aren’t a member yet and would like to join as a member and attend the event, please reach out to the officers.
We’ll resume regular meetings at AleSmith in March.
We have scheduled an exclusive private tour of Temecula Olive Oil. The Ranch is open to the public that day, but our tour will be private.
The event will take place on October 12, 2019 at Noon at Olive View Ranch, 46780 Highway 371, Aguanga, CA 92536.
The tour is guided by one of the founders and will be approximately 1 1/2 hours including olive oil tastings.
Following the tour, we will be able to have a potluck at the picking area, so please bring your favorite dish and drinks to share, including paper goods, cutlery, and cups.
Tickets are $20 per person, payable to Sabine. NO REFUNDS. Please pay via PAYPAL by October 4, 2019 to reserve your spot.

We are planning a Queso Diego gathering at Brothers Provisions in Rancho Bernardo. Special thanks to Vickie Church who did the legwork for setting this up.
This event will be on Sunday 9/13 from 4-6pm. It will be a casual gathering where we can get together and sample some cheeses, meats, and beverages while socializing with fellow Queso Diego members. There is no fee to attend and you will be able to purchase foods and beverages from their menu using our 10% Queso Diego discount. They might even have some extra-special selections for us.
The event is scheduled from 4-6pm and you can show up at any time and stay late if you want.
