Queso Diego November Meeting Announcement

Our last formal Queso Diego meeting of 2018 will take place on Tuesday, November 20th 6:30 PM at AleSmith Brewing Company.

The Presentation for this month will be Smoked Cheeses by Chris Banker.

As always, the meeting will start at 6:30 PM with one of our amazing potluck events filled with cheese and cheesy things.
At 7:00 PM we will start the formal meeting.

Remember, the weather is cooling down and the brewery can be chilly so bring a wrap.
Also, bring a chair for maximum comfort.

Queso Diego May Meeting Announcement

The May meeting of Queso Diego will feature a discussion on Smoked Cheeses, led by Chris Banker. We will discuss smoking cheeses, varieties of smoked cheeses, and options for buying or making a cold smoker for smoking cheeses. We will sample a variety of commercial and homemade smoked cheeses.

Attendees are encouraged to smoke their own cheeses and/or bring smoke beers, smoked foods, scotch, and commercial smoked cheeses to share.

Nate’s Garden Grill on the grounds of City Farmers Nursery is now open, so consider stopping by to grab a beer before or after the meeting. They have a great menu of fresh, local food and an extensive draft beer list.
