You won’t want to miss our August meeting of Queso Diego – The San Diego Cheese Club. This month we will be continuing our foray into simple tasty cheeses and fermented milk products with a presentation on Yogurt and Yogurt Cheeses by our very own Sabine Friedrich-Walter. This group of cheeses is ancient, easy to make and very tasty making them something that is accessible to anybody.

As always, we will be sharing homemade and commercial cheeses at 6:30 sharp and then progress into our formal meeting and our presentation, which will, of course, be accompanied by homemade yogurts and yogurt cheeses. Feel free to bring non-alcoholic beverages or homemade alcoholic beverages (commercial alcoholic beverages are not allowed on brewery premises).
