Queso Diego September Meeting Announcement

Swiss fondue 2

For the September meeting, we will be making and sharing fondue! This will not be a typical meeting and will focus on sharing fondue with only a minimal club business portion.

The meeting will be at 6:30pm on Tuesday, September 17th and will be held at AleSmith Brewery.

Please sign up for fondue-making teams or bringing additional supplies here: https://tinyurl.com/y3v94tj6
See the presentation slides and notes in the Meeting Notes section of the site for inspiration and recipes.
If you aren’t making fondue, bring things to go along with it and to dip in the various fondues.

Some reminders:
Bring fondue, cheese, and other items to share. Homemade beer and wine are ok, but commercial alcoholic beverages are not permitted by AleSmith’s license.
Bring your own chair.
We cannot accommodate electric fondue pots, so please use ones fueled by sterno, alcohol, or gas.
Try to prep as much beforehand as possible.
If you are making fondue, try to be self-sufficient in terms of having your own table, serving supplies, etc.
